Refund Eligibility

Gamitisa Pro Subscriptions: You may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date. To be eligible:

  • Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • You must not have used more than 50% of your subscription credits
  • You must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • This is your first refund request

Important Notice

Refunds are only available for Pro subscriptions. Purchased AI credits are non-refundable as they never expire.

  • Purchased AI credits
  • Free or promotional credits
  • Subscription renewals
  • Refunds requested after 7 days
