Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
  • Service refers to the Website, including all tools, utilities, and subscription services.
  • AI Credits or Credits refers to the virtual currency used to access and use AI-powered tools and services on our platform.
  • Gamitisa Pro or Pro Subscription refers to our premium subscription service.
  • Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  • Website refers to Gamitisa, accessible from https://gamitisa.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Subscription Terms

Gamitisa Pro is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Subscriptions are available on monthly or yearly billing cycles
  • Payment is processed through third-party partners (UddoktaPay, PipraPay)
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

AI Credits System

  • Free Credits: Promotional credits subject to expiration
  • Purchased Credits: Credits bought with real money, never expire
  • Subscription Credits: Credits included with Pro subscription, valid for billing period
  • Credit consumption follows: Subscription credits first, then purchased credits, then free credits
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred

Account Termination

Upon account deletion, all credit balances (free, purchased, and subscription) are permanently forfeited. Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
